CGI Animation & Ads

The Monolith produces CGI animations and stills for off-plan property campaigns, design competition submissions, and product launch ads, rendered to a standard that holds on a cinema screen, not just a phone. We work camera-first, choreographing movement, focal length, and lighting to convey mass, material tactility, and spatial sequence rather than producing fly-throughs that drift without visual purpose. Our team comps live-action footage with 3D tracked environments for mixed-media ads. All assets are delivered in broadcast, digital OOH, and social-ready formats, with color grading, sound design, and titling if required. Because our CGI pipeline shares assets with model-making and VR teams, we maintain strict dimensional accuracy and material definition across all outputs. No "close enough" approximations.

What is the process for creating a CGI animation for an off-plan project?

We start with a styleframe and camera path workshop to define the visual language, key views, and narrative arc. Using your architectural 3D model, we optimize geometry for rendering, develop physically accurate materials, and set up lighting scenarios that match the intended time of day and mood. Animation is produced in layers: wide masterplan sequence, architectural hero shots, interior walkthrough moments, and detail close-ups. Draft renders are reviewed at storyboard checkpoints. Final output is graded, scored, and delivered in 4K and social-optimized cuts. If a physical model is also being fabricated, we align materials and lighting so both outputs read as the same project.
